Responsibilities: My main responsibility is to oversee the discipleship of the girls in grades 5-12.

Family: Matt and I have 2 kids, Lorelai and Landon. Our own siblings live close by with their families so we are really blessed to be able to spend lots of time with family. 

Hobbies: I love pickleball! If I’m not doing mom or aunt things, I’m probably on a pickleball court.

Education: Doctor of Teaching and Learning from Southern Methodist University (SMU), Masters in Elementary Education (East Texas A&M), B.A. in Early Childhood Development (East Texas A&M)

Experience: As a curriculum creator, I provide online Bible lessons and resources to families and churches.  I was a Bible teacher at First Baptist Church in Dallas and I taught school at multiple levels of education, including undergraduate classes at SMU. 

Favorite Verses: Job 42:2, “I know that You can do all things, And that no purpose of Yours can be thwarted.” And Psalm 145:17-18, “The Lord is righteous in all His ways And kind in all His deeds.  The Lord is near to all who call upon Him, To all who call upon Him in truth.”

Favorite Books: Genesis, Atomic Habits by James Clear, and anything written by John Mark Comer
