FBC Rowlett’s Children’s Ministry is a vibrant and nurturing environment where children can grow in their relationship with Jesus Christ and discover the joy of following Him. Our ministry is committed to providing a safe, engaging space where children K-5th grade can learn biblical truths, build lasting friendships, and experience God’s love in tangible ways.

Sunday mornings – The Woods

Our classes are designed so children can have fun while learning biblical truths. Children’s Connect groups are held in rooms located in “The Woods” area.

Children’s worship services in “The Lodge” room are full of fun music and games designed just for them to learn and grow in biblical truth.

2nd & 4th Sunday of the month @ 5 PM

Using high energy, games, and lessons the children are given the opportunity to learn the Bible chronologically while having FUN! This enables students to see the big picture of God’s plan and love for people.

Awana

K-4th Grade – Wednesday evenings @ 6:30PM

The name Awana is an acronym from 2 Timothy 2:15, “Approved Workmen Are Not Ashamed.” Awana is a ministry that helps parents and churches raise children to know, love, and serve Christ. It is a biblical based children’s program that is centered on the Gospel and makes Scripture memorization fun and exciting!

The Link

5th Grade – Wednesday evenings @ 6:30 PM 

The Link is a ministry specifically designed to connect 5th graders to the student ministry as they prepare for their next season of growth in Christ. In this group, 5th graders go deeper studying God’s Word and applying truth to their lives while also having fun monthly events.
